Intimate item Returns & exchanges

Intimate items can be exchanged/returned provided they are in their original, unopened, self sealing clear polybag packaging. Items are packaged in clear self sealing bags with tamper proof 'void' if open stickers with a label indicating what the item is, it's colour, and size. This permits you to examine your item without removal from packaging keeping it in an unused state. For a return or exchange to be accepted this packaging must remain intact.

If items arrive back and packaging shows signs of tempering you're welcome to have the original item shipped back to you at your own expense.

All shipping costs on return/sexchanges are at the expense of the buyer.

Buyers must contact seller for return/refund approval before return shipping

Wholesale availability

Wholesale purchases are available at a minimum of $300 USD. Wholesale purchases are final sale. No exchange or return of items are available on Wholesale purchases unless damaged/not as described/lost in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned items (including returned to sender items): will have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund of the item (s) cost.

Items Returned To Sender (for any reason): if incurring return to sender shipping fees will have these fees deducted from the refund of the returned item(s) cost.

Exchanged Items:
Items sent for exchange will not be eligible for free return shipping, buyer is responsible for both return and resending of item(s) exchanged.

Rush 24 Hour Production - What it means.

For 24 Hour Rush Production upgrade your full order is produced & sent to the postal office within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery times will vary & are estimates only. Orders are sent via the fastest tracked & fully insured option possible.

Production time: the time it takes for your order to be made is guaranteed.
Shipping time: the time it takes the postal service to deliver your item is not guaranteed. Estimated only.

Rush production is a non refundable fee. These is no delivery date guarantee. Refunded only if your order is not able to be produced in 24 hours, or your item is lost in the mail due to postal error. Please message for more details.

Need By Date Requests Without Previous Discussion.

"need by dates" requested after purchase without first being discussed with me your order has been cancelled and you've been issued a complete refund including originally paid shipping charges. This is applicable to ALL orders including those with upgraded shipping &/or production options.


Please do not leave notes or message AFTER purchasing with a request to receive an item by a specific date. It is impossible for me to guarantee a delivery date as once an item has been handed over to the post office it's literally out of both our hands as to when it will arrive.
